Ive been back and forth considering a 2jz-gte swap or a single turbo on my NA.
I have about 118K on the engine, its an automatic. Would it be better to do a rebuild kit on the NA for about $500 and put a single turbo on (plus 5sp transmission) or TT swap?
I have a shop and a sponsor that I can get a discounted price from but I cannot decide.

I say power to you if you get the TT swap. It'll run you about $4500 for the usdm block with all the wiring, harness, and ecu. then another $1500 for the six speed. All in all its worth it

i got a 94 non-turbo and i've been goin back and fourth on whether or not to do a tt swap or turbo the motor that's in the car now. but, from what i've heard from other people it's better to go with a tt swap. Only because you between the amount of money it'll cost you to rebuild your motor and buy the turbo kit and everything your only going to be making as much hp as a stock or lighly modified tt.
