well it doesnt matter about SP or wotm most of the time a 67mm is a 67mm but to be honest I would go with none of those and go with a 74gts or gtq.

T-78 is what people now called a "old school" turbo because it has been around for many years dont get me wrong it still boost and creates massive power but it is a bit laggy but it is also the cheapest single with good power in my opponion. Boostlogic and Horsepower freaks and sp are good all the names like wotm and all that they are all good turbos otherwise they wouldnt be big names but out of all them recomend them in order I listed them.

with the fuel system and good tune the sp63 is all you need however i would recommend that you go for the 67 because they can support more power later down the road (when youre ready for it) and also have excellent spool up.

Well the sp67 is exclusive to Sound performance. A 67mm is what your looking for sp,boost logic,HPF,WOTM,PTE,precission, garett, and many other brands it all depends on where you buy it same performance from about all of them except im told that garetts quality isnt as good as the rest.

when you mention big single, 63mm does not really come to mind. how much power you going for, i would go with a 70mm or bigger, since you know you will probably end up there anyway, its just a matter of time, skip all the steps and just do it the first time...
