I am interested in this TT with 120k miles on it. Is that too many miles? I plan on a turbo upgrade in the future, but just a bpu for now.

there are plenty of bpus with over 150k on the clock (i am one of them). just make sure it has good compression and its fine.

I am not familiar with this engine. WHat goes first? Turbos or the motor or w/e. How do you check the compression?

well to check compression u need to have the gauge. also you need to remove the 6 spark plugs. then plug the gauge in a spark plug slot. then crank the car for about 2-3 seconds. and it should give u a compression on that cyclinder. do it to all 6. im at 125k n currently on bpu. turbos? well depends on the owner. if they abuse it or what not. is this car all stock? do they let the car cool down after driving? i dont thikn the motor would go before the turbos.

In rare cases will the motor go before the stock Twins

that would be a very very very rare case. some people pop twins every couple of months, cant say that about a stock turbo engine. |

Yeah you usually get the death wine way before the bulletproof 2j goes.
