if u raise the twin turbo psi to 17, do u need an inter cooler?

You don't NEED an aftermarket intercooler yet, but it would be recommended.

You dont need one at all but if you are going to run continued high boost then it is recomended that you get one you dont need a super expensive one shop around the ebay ones are supposed to be great.

Ebay has great Intercooler's for almost 300 less than brand name one's they work just as good

Not necessary at all. I hit 20+ psi all the time with nitrous. My setup is direct port so the nitrous doesn’t have the chance to cool the intercooler either. (One of the single fogger pluses) The stock intercooler is excellent unless you get a larger turbo then there is no way it has enough air cooling capacity.

They may have changed but there was this huge thing that HPF was blowing up on the guy on e bay because he was selling the same intercooler that he made for them but much cheaper.
