There seems to be a lack of experience and information on how well these turbos work except for the fact that the ceramic blades are lighter and spin faster which therefore makes more torque than the US spec stainless steel blades. On the other hand the US spec turbos have reported to make 460hp with a few bolt on upgrades courtesy of the Supra Store. So im curious, what is the potential of a stock JDM 2JZ GTE? Im in the process of doing a swap from an Aritso clip into a SC300 and I need to know if there is a point in trying to get more out of the JDM turbos. Need help soon...

the jdm 2jz cams are hurting your numbers as they have less lift then the usdm cam's. the jdm 2jz turbos have the same problem as the 1jz's ceramic turbo's save yourself the time and money and just go single.
