I was out today messing around with my friend on his bike on the highway....we started to race when i missed 4th gear and went to 2nd...Now the car is blowing smoke....which i believe to be oil (smells like oil). Also there is a hose that comes off the valve cover that goes into the intake tube before the turbo and now is leaking oil into the tube. But anyways the car seems to be running fine still just blowing smoke. i have a few different opinions chould be rings, valve seals, valves (but car is running fine)so i don't think that ETC...I really don't know much about fixing things but my guess is rings...What do you think....thanks

if you are leaking oil into your intake then you are going to see smoke out your tailpipe, basically you are shoving fresh oil into the combustion chamber and burning it which will cause smoke...im not sure which hose you are talking about but check that first ....if you feel that it is your rings then do a compression test....could also be valve stem seals but check the easy things first

yeah..i'm doing a compressions test tomorrow...most of the people that i've talked to are leaning toward a valve problem or something to do with the head...the hose that i'm talking about is the one if you are looking at the motor from the fromt of the car is on the left side of the valve cover that connects to the intake tube that is off the turbo.

did the test...from front to back....130,165,165,165,130 and 65....time to break it down
