OK, its winter. There’s snow on the ground. Supras are nestled neatly away in garages, under tarps, waiting for spring, and you don’t know what to do with your shifter hand for the moment, or maybe you do and it's just a little more information than I want to know....You’re suffering withdrawl. Questions float through your head: Is -20 too cold to do my turbo upgrade in? Can I get my credit card limit raised to cover the parts I want to order for spring? Is that steam out the tailpipe caused by just warming up, or did I blow another head gasket?

Stop with the fretting. Here’s a little something that should warm the hearts of Supra owners everywhere: The Annual Canadian Supra Appreciation Days 2005 is set in stone, and planning is under way….A MEET!!!!

Everyone’s always eager to plan to be at an upcoming meet, and it just so happens we’re having one. But this is a little different. This is truly historic.

August 19th to 21st, 2005, North America’s longest running annual Supra meet will hit a milestone no other meet has done yet, and some might never do – 10 years, and getting larger and better every year. Yep, the longest running annual meet anywhere you can drive to. May even be the longest running annual Supra meet on the planet, but I’m not bright with the languages thing, and I’m too lazy to search the interweb to figure it out…Mark This Weekend In Your Calendars, 'cause this is gonna be a show. A lot of new ideas and plans are bouncing around our otherwise empty skulls (speaking for myself mainly, the others planning this thing are actually fairly bright folks), and you won’t want to miss what oozes out…the plans that is…nothing oozing from our skulls exactly…

In a summary even I can understand: Meet, August 19th-21st 2005, Toronto, Supras, Hot, Sun, Summer, Food, Warm Evening and Night Cruises, More Food, Hot Events, More Food, Scaring Ricers all over the GTA, More Food, Hot Drag Racing Action and of course, More Food…We’ve got it all, got it covered, and this year with some twists and more to do and try than before. Sure there are bigger meets, but I think the number of years running and the number of repeat attendees says it all. You don’t want to miss this.
