hey guys every time i drive my car it makes a grinding sound on my front driverside rotors like i need new brakes but i just put new ones on not to long ago, when iam driveing on the HWY the sounds goes away but when iam just driveing in the small streets u can hear it, what do u guys thing it is my rotors or my calipers seized up

kk today i pulled the tires off and took a look at the brakes there still good it seems that the brakes are rubbing against the rotors and the rotors seems to have some scaring on them feeling them feels like there warped and they have ripples on them
