where did you buy the rotors? i know that you can buy "brembo" knock off rotors off ebay and the quality just isnt there. I mean a rotor is a rotor dont get me wrong but the manufaturer of the brembo knock off most likely doesnt put as much precise surfacing and finishing techology as the actualy brembo company does. If i were you i'd take the rotors off and resurface them if you know how to, or get it done by a shop. stick them on after you do that and see if it helps. i assume you changed your pads with the rotors correct? cuz thats like changing a right tired withour changing the left. old pads + new rotors = bad. hope i could help.
