I can't advise on the quality of the two setups but I will suggest further research. Why not check out Tein's website and read up on both sets?

it's really up to you, but i wouldn't get either, personally. you need to tailor your suspension to your style of driving. we can't decide that for you. Wink

i'm getting a custom set tailored to the corner weights of my car. it'll be sweet. they'll be made by late spring/ early summer.

just for shits and giggles, here are my recent purchases-

t4 flanged greddy exhaust manifold, HKS 50mm wastegate, 3.5" v-band downpipe. i'll be getting a gt35r turbo (525rwhp ish) in the fall, and installing it all over next winter. Smile

Wow...

Can't say I'm not jealous...

As you know, Shaeff, my HG just blew, and I'm using it as an excuse to rebuild my GE to GE-T. You have almost the same setup I want... but I was really only shooting for like 400hp at MOST... I'm just starting to read up on turbos (I've never owned a turbo car much less worked on one...) and quite frankly I'm only just realizing all that I've set on my own proverbial plate.

Mucho Respecto to you sir.

just take it one step at a time. for what it's worth, when i swapped motors in my car (i started N/A, tooWink)- i knew nothing about these things. i've only been an enthusiast for about 5 years now?

when i got the supra, it was just a car until i realized it's potential. once i killed the N/A motor, i decided i'd never own an N/A supra again. so i blindly ordered a JDM motor (i know i know, if Nick M reads that he'll comment on it, as all supra motors are JDMWink hi nick!)

and still, i knew nothing. but i have a good memory for taking things apart and re-assembling them, so i just dug into it. started pulling things that attached the motor/tranny to the chassis of the car, and volia, one day, i pulled the motor. in my own garage, i can have a 7m pulled and on the floor in a matter of only a few hours.

the more you do it, the better you get! it's all about reading, and learning. you'll learn as much as you want to learn. when joined, i rarely ever posted. i just read. here, supramania, and SF. Nick M. was actually one of the first people to ever help me! (he still posts here sometimes)

once you understand everything that you're doing, it's easy to realize what you WANT, but not as easy to materialize that desire. Wink
