hey guys im planning on buying this 88 supra from this guy, it comes with turbo, but the only thing that sucks about it, is that it has a blown head gasket and its auto. there nothing really biggie about it cause i can change every thing my self at my house. but all i want to know is that, is it hard to change the gasket? i have lots of experience with cars, and im also certified, just want to know ur guys opinion

if you take your time, pics, and label things, it's very easy. once you're well acquainted with the car, you won't need to label things, or take pics if you don't want.
it's super easy if you pull the motor to do it. then you can thoroughly inspect and replace every hose on the motor with new parts, which is an excellent idea. just take your time. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/ that's an online copy of the TSRM. it's the supra's bible. use it! |
