i drive to work or somewhere. then i will see a car, i raced a 2 vechicals today it was a rsx and a 98 prelude the prel was auto he had the ricer pipe i geared down he got smoked i did the same to a rsx he tried to pass when i slowed to a red light he geared down and i thought he was going to blow his motor owell my 98 sportage is 5sp stock i can go 130 by barly press the gas i can dust suvs or other vech they think this is my moms and its slow but it aint

130 horsepower and 3200 pounds... It can't be that fast. I'd guess my Subaru Legacy wagon is quicker as it has a tad more horsepower and torque and weighs 2900-3000 lb...

because i want a 86.5-92 supra but i bought this from my uncle i just moved to texas im broke

Average selling price of a 1998 Sportage on autotrader is $5k. How much did you get yours for? For $5k I could get a pretty nice Supra.

i got mine it was 4k but i traded a computer and now i owe 3000 it is okay payments are 400 month. i am going to get a supra, but right now i needed a good ride. i just moved out here, i had a mazda b2000 it got impounded. the motor blew up so they can have it hehe.i only make 1200 a month here. i used to live in ga. so i got to save money. the sportage runs good i out run an escalade today, he beat me off the line but when i hit 2nd i was gone.

by the way nice car, i would got a supra but i dont have cash. so family lets u make payments

does any one know where i can get a turbo manifold for this sportage i dont want a bpt that i have to drill and gasket match. i just want one to bolt up. any info is greatly appreceated.

hey everyone i raced a new volkswagen jetta gli 6sp turbo he won but not by much about 3 car lenghts in front then he quit leaving me. so by being beat by 3 lenghts by a 20000+ dollar is great when mine only cost 4 grand just wait until i get a turbo. thats why he won cause of the turbo.yeah i was keeping up with him we was going 100+ on a 2 lane small road until he slowed down. it was great.

And people wonder why street racing kills. I bet there's a track somewhere local that you can race at all day long for around 10-15 bucks and the only person you will hurt is yourself. I'm not saying I never streetraced before but you have done it a few times last week. Just remember the consequencis and how bad you'd feel if you were to hurt or kill someone. I just lost a friend to street racing and he was an innocent victim because a kids parents bought him a new mustang and he had to show off. I don't mean to rail you but I'm kind of sour to street racing and had to vent. Also, about the turbo, here's a group that does em.
