I ran mine through the same hole as the engine harness. Smile

Personally I wouldn't put the MAP sensor on the same line as the waste gate. I'd put it on the line that supplies the cruise.

The purple wire is an Aux input. Generally people use it for monitoring purposes: connect it to Vf, TE, Batt... basically anything you want, but if the output is in something other than just a scaled voltage you'll need to edit the definitions in TunerPro so it displays in the units of measurement you are expecting... and that can be a pain. Getting a simple TPS % to show instead of TPS voltage was a major headache.

EDIT: Sorry, I should have asked WHICH purple wire... the wire I mentions above is the one on the 6 pin connector.

The purple wire on the 10 pin harness connector is the wide band O2 sensor ground. It IS NOT the ground for the wide band, only for the sensor. It's used to ensure that the MAFT Pro and the wideband both see "ground" as the same value. If one had an offset (such as the wideband's sensor thought ground was actually .7v and the MAFT Pro saw ground as .01v) the information fed to the MAFT Pro from the LC-1 would be WAY off.

Does that help?

EDIT #2:

Here, I've show the connections of both purple wires in the diagram:
