I have a 88 turbo supra, pretty much stock. My question is, after hittig boost when I shift I have a fluttering sound. I figured it was just a bad BOV, so I bought a SQV bov, and that didnt fix the annoying fluttering? Any ideas what this could be, and how to fix it. Thanks

That's just the wastegate making noise, if everything is perfectly fine. If it sounds really abnormal, again, it's your wastegate.

No, this isn't bad. It's just the nature of the turbo. You'll hear the same noise from other turbo cars.
