Hi, well i came across a 1987 Mk3 Supra the other day and the guy wanted 3,200 for it. It's turbo and a manual with brand new turbo put into it. On the other hand, I have a friend which works at a dealership and he has an Infiniti Q45 that he wants to sell for 3,000. The Infiniti is a 1998 with leather and all the goodies. Which car should i get, keep in mind it will be my daily driver for school ect...

what are you looking for? if you want something reliable that you can daily drive in comfort then the infiniti is quite a deal, if it is in good shape.

I'll take the Infiniti. MKIII's suck, esp if it's not 89+.

There's nothing wrong with the MKIII, it's a nice car and is a lot of fun to drive. However, the Infiniti is a much better deal, assuming it's in good shape. The Infiniti has more power (though it's heavier) and gets similar gas mileage. The Q45 only came with an automatic transmission.
In short, the MKIII would be more fun to drive, but would be more likely for something to break or go wrong on it and the Q45 is more reliable and practical but not as fun. If I were forced to pick between those two I'd go for the Q45 and wait till I could afford a nicer Supra (like after I'm out of college). |

crazy mk3 bashers.. have u ever been in one? im sorry the mk3 kick ass.. but then again i have a weird passion for them since i played Gran turismo 1...hhehe

Man please dont even put a infinity in the same sentence as a supra. whether its a mk3 or mk4 a supra is a supra ,and the power potential is there.
