Well, I am finalizing the details for the NW Regional meet and would like feedback from the group.

The dates are set for July 15th, 16th, 17th, 2005 in Portland, OR.

Here is the Original Plan that I had for the Schedule:

Fri:
Dyno Day: 10am-7pm
Sat:
Show-N-Shine and BBQ: 10:00am-2:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Late Night Drags: 7pm-1am (6:00pm Tech)
Sun:
Cruise: 10:00am-12:00pm (Or depending on length)

From the feedback here is what I have so far.

Fri:
Dyno Day: 10am-7pm
Sat:
Cruise: 10:00am-2:00pm (Stopping off for lunch)
Update- Karting: 2pm-5pm
Late Night Drags: 7:00pm-1:00am (6:00pm Tech)
Sun:
Show--N-Shine and BBQ: 10:00am-2:00pm

Cruise/Show-N-Shine: I moved those two around to minimize driving for those that have to head back home on sunday. They both can be shortened if the Karting Event is set up for either one of those afternoons.

---Possible Karting Event---: There is a member working on setting up an either indoor or outdoor karting event for the whole group to enjoy and sounds like LOTS of fun, and will be an excellent activity to add to the schedule.
Update- Karting has been CONFIRMED for Saturday 2pm-5pm!!

BBQ: I've had some feedback about having the BBQ during the dyno day. Since it is on friday, it may be difficult for some of the members to get off work early to attend the full dyno event and the BBQ, and I feel the show-n-shine and BBQ on sunday would be a good way for everyone to wind down and say goodbye before heading home.

Also, the Portland Historic Races have been eliminated from this years schedule. Last year it was organized very poorly and it appeared that a lot of the PacNW members were very unhappy. It also looks like they will be doing the same thing this year which will more than likely result with the same dissatisfaction on our end.

I WIll try my hardest to make it!!! i'll either be comming from Cali or Washington and i'll let all my friends here with supras know about it!
