So im driving and this black mustang keeps riding my ass. SO i decide to tell him get on the side of me and so he does. His reply was f@cking ricer pos. So i just started to laugh and staged to the traffic light and he did the same. My final words to him before i took off was ready to see tail lights and flame? He giggled like a b!tch...Light hit green. We both hit the gas at the same time. 1st gear already 2 car lengths...2nd he was 5 lengths behind me. Threw out the rest of the gears i just chilled do to the fact he couldnt keep up with me. He wouldnt pull up next to me again so im guessing running your mouth only goes so far ..No nos used only turbo.New mustangs = Pwnt

What is all done to your car? If it was a GT most likely he would have kept up ok with you. If it was a v6...well yeah, but i have a friend that runs in the mid 12's with a turbo V6.

If he did some good upgrading, like upgrading the turbo, and increasing the boost, oh and upgrading the clutch then yeah I can see how he smoked him. It just all depends on how he built his car in the end. Dont forget an N/A V-8 only goes so far, a boosted L6 has even more potential.

if its a v6 maybe. but you've yet to say whats in your car. plus if it a v8 it may be an n/a but raw power can do a lot of things. my guess is b.s. and 88stang you sure your friend isn't running a super charger and not a turbo?

Mustangs now can get turbocharged! Its not right to me, but hey its called aftermarket so what can I do about it? If it were me, I would supercharge the hell out the V-8, it makes so much power already that its not loosing much pushing the supercharger. But like I said naturally aspirated V-8 can only go so far, the upgrades get get pretty expensive once you hit over 400hp! My motto is, bigger is not always better, and sometimes technology offers more than muscle!
