ok...what does the offset mean..I did some reading on that but still not sure about it

it's basically how far in, or out the rim's inner lip sits in comparrison to the hub. if it's too far in, you could have rubbing issues, if it's too far out, it'll look terrible (and/or the lug studs won't be long enough to use them)
