Anyone knows how to access the wiring to the gauges in the dash (i.e. temperature, gas, etc.)? It seems like some days, my temperature gauge works and then other days my gas gauge works. I think it might be an issue with the grounding. Any help will be much appreciated.

It's unlikely that your problem is behind the dash.

Try this for the fuel gauge:
http://www.supras.com/06/techcenter/display.php?QID=47

and check the wiring for the Temp gauge in the engine bay on the thermostat housing:
