I check my haynes manual for the torque spec on the oil pan bolts and it said 108lbs will the bolts hold on that much torque?

Hell no. As can be seen in the TSRM, it's 9ft-lbs. Wink

I'm not really to sure but is that with gasket and sealant or sealant only?

Toyota FIPG only. (Form In Place Gasket)- which is just sealant. 90% of the time, the gaskets they give you with rebuild kits will leak, causing headaches down the road!
