My car seems to like idling around 500rpms, especially when cold. I kinda bounces b/t 450-550rpms but never stalls. I recently replaced the plugs ( problem was occuring before this) and they looked great. If the car has been running for a while ( more than 20min), most of the time it will idle fine at ~700rpms. Any suggestions gentlemen? Thanks.

first reset your ECU. Then start your car and see if that made a difference. if it hasnt, look on the rear side of the Throttle body(this is how it is on my NA mkiv anyway) you should have an idle air screw where u can manually adjust the idle. i upped mine because the car couldnt hold an idle below ~630rpms. i idle now around 700.
