Well it looks like i'll be buying a new short block from toyota...my question is that i heard that they don't hold the power and have a few problems....now i don't know this for sure but..... what have people seen?????

It all depends of what power goals you have. Its now more common seeing apu cars with cams and a safe fuel system making 700+ h.p. on race gas. But as always you run it hard, sooner or later its going to break.
