i recently just bought a 94 tt 6spd in norfolk va. thing is, that she will only boost to stock 11 psi for a lil while and then it drops off. it drops off about the time the second turbo should spool up inbetween 3500 and 4000 rpm. that is with the bleeder T mod. with the bleeder T capped off, she will only boost to 7psi if im lucky and then falls off to 5psi. this car feels very underpowered from what i have read. i got smoked, and i mean smoked, by a 1.8T gti the other night. im in the tampa bay area until saturday the 8th if anyone is close and is willing to help me out. im willing to drive anywhere from here that isnt too bad. i go back to va on sunday morning. the car has a 3inch downpipe and a greddy bov. those are the only mods to the car so far. anyone have any idea what this problem might be? thanks for the info.

you might have a boost leak. try putting the turbo working in TTC and see if that helps. do you hear any death whine? maybe you have a boost leak. could be your plugs. stock boosting should be around 12 so most likely you have a boost leak somewhere.
