What happens to the vsv valves and the preasure tank when I do a single turbo upgrade? Do they stay or get bypassed, or you take them out?

some of the VSVs will be removed and the tank will stay.

What does the pressure tank serve for a purpose with the turbo upgrade

it will run the egr and evap can. if you have those removed then you can remove the pressure tank
|
