So here is the deal... i am in 6th and i am going 80 i hit cruise push the handle down and half the time it holds and the other half it won't i'll have click the cruise off and on to get it to work ..?..sorry for the run on sentence.. laters

theres a fix for cc drop outs on mkiv.com but other than that there are several things that could be wrong from cc ecu, cc switch, or something else. does the "cruise" light blink when you turn it on or try to set a cruise speed?

I hit the button the light stays on ...then in hit the stick down to set it at the speed but ..half the time it won't stick it just drops sooo then i push the button on and off ..but at no time the cruise button BLINKS..it just won't hold ..but sometimes it will work if i keep screwin with it by pushing on and off and trying to set it... really weird
