Could be a VSV or pressure tank related issue. The first thing I'd do is check for broken/blown off vaccum hoses.

Thanks! I just check the car and the vsv has a big hole in one of the hose. But addition to that the same hose that plug up to the vsv is not connecting because it was broken off from the vsv where it plug up to. I order one from toyota dealership, it will be here this monday. I'll let you know how that goes. Thanks!!

I replace the vsv and now the car pull hard. I just bought this car and at around 4,500 rpm now that the vsv is fixed it pull hard to redline. the car lag at 1-3,500 rpm range I don't know if the previou owner had convert the twin to pull at the same time or not but, i can't fell one pull 1st and then the 2nd pull. All i fell is the car pull hard from 4,500-redline like one turbo only. And now the car idel if you run it hard and come to a stop. It doesn't die but idel and then if you give it gas then it drive fine.any suggestion on that! Thanks.
