My steering wheel seems to have a lot of free play. I can turn the wheel left and right like half an inch and its like still goin straight, i have to turn it a lot more to actually move the wheel a bit. Does anyone know how to tighten it so its not free when i turn it a little?

well, first off you have to get it checked by a shop to see weather its the steering coupling, or the rack-and-pinnion unit, or the steering tie-rod ends are worn out. Basically there is no adjustment to be made, well, there is but I wouldnt try doing it. So what ever is worn out, you just going to have to replace it. Its not like the old cars where you can just tighten the adjustment screw on the steering gear box.
