Sometimes my car boost great and pulls hard and then all of a sudden I hear this noise like a whine and I have no boost pressure or very little (.3) and I hear nothing from my BOV. This seems to be happening alot now. Could it be a bad solenoid for my Greddy Boost Controller or an Exhaust Bypass Valve actuator or Wastegate Valve actuator going bad? Please help with this ongoing problem

lot of time when the turbo go's out it will whine its called the death whine

I have already downloaded the midi file of the death wine but mine sounds different than this sound.
