I just purchased a 89 turbo supra that is all stock. When I got it the engine would sputter when you got on it over 3000 rpms. I put new plugs and wires in it, replace the fuel filter, repaired the knock sensor wiring due to code 52, and replaced the tps due to code 41. It runs somewhat better but still sputters over 3000 rpms. I did notice that when you first start it and get on it the first time it runs fine, then the next time it will sputter. There are no codes in the system anymore. Thanks for any help

I was having a problem like this in mine when the turbo kicked it it would sputter and feel like it s loosing power. i found out when trying to figure out what it was a had a baseball size hole in the intake right after the turbo. just something you might want to look for. : )
