Have a 97 TT, can't find any info on installing egr block off plates, searched the forums. Anyone have any links?

Thanks, I read this article, but it only explains how to defeat the check engine light when the egr is modded. I bought EGR block plates,(2) but didn't get any instructions wrt installation.
