Two sounds I'm worried about.

1. chattering sound coming from engine. Only audible in the lower rpm ranges, but not at idle or WOT. At first I thought it may be the blowoff valve vibrating against the radiator pipe, (or something of the sort) but everything seems to check out. It is a brand new shortblock and trd clutch (2000 miles now). I was told it that it sounded like a bad wristpin. Any other clues or suggestions check out? I just can't stand the thought of possibly having to remove/replace the block again.

2. Moaning sound coming from the back of the car (no its not the girlfriend..i wish). Pitch of the sound correlates with the speed I'm traveling. It becomes barely audible at higher speeds. There are new Yokohama AVS Sports (285/35/18) and the fenders are rolled so there is no rubbing. Are these tires known to be loud at lower speeds? Or is there something else I should be worried about?

Thanks in advance for any help.
