I live in Okinawa Japan and i have a JZA80 2JZ-GE engine w/ a 5 speed. I found an 91 Aristo(Lexus GS 300) w/ the 2JZ-GTE w/ an auto. The Auto tranny is busted so i wanted to put the GTE engine into the supra w/ the 5 speed. My question is will the 5 speed tranny bolt up and what other problems will I run into w/ the swap. Any input will help.

I would think the bolt pattern would be the same, but other than that I don't know. Could run into missing electrical connections.
