Ok check this out, I recently posted bout my 94 supra smoking and running like crap. Came to the point where they said my 2nd turbo was bad cause everytime I floor it first turbo is fine but when at 4500 and up rpm the car hessatates to boost and go anywhere even though my boost is at 12psi without dropping. So I dropped my stock turbos off to get them checked out and rebuilt, the damn guy said they are fine and have minimum shaft play no oil on first turbo but very little on second. NOW what do I do since the stock turbos are off what can be the problem of my car not moving like it should? Where do I search next? SOMEONE MUST KNOW WHAT TO DO, RiGHt???

have you check your spark plugs?
are they gapped correctly? are your coil packs bad? are there oil on the spark plugs? and who told you to get them rebuilt. if u didnt hear no death wine then most likely your 2nd turbo is bad. anyone think it could be the pressure tank? i say check your plugs first

I have changed the plugs already and still the same thing. also I have a lot of smoke coming out when I start the motor and during take off. Also when I smash on the gas smoke comes out. Thats why I thought it was my turbo seals. I already bought valve seals to, but have not put them in yet. How do I check coil packs? and also pressure tank? I wont need pressure tank if I do single right?

check your iacv and egcv actuators/ vac lines. the vsvs might be clogged as well.

check those valves how? The vacume lines to them or what? Do they actually go bad? I have 178,000 miles on the motor, I want to start rebuilding it next month, but not sure what I need to replace as far as actuators.

you can try to shoot some compressed air into the actuators and listen to hear if they are working. i had the repair manual on my computer but lost it to spyware so i cant really give a write up on testing the vsvs. ill try to find something though. in the mean time try ttc (http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/articles/andy.htm) and give us your results.

I have already tried the ttc and still the same problem. Really dont know what to do cause I bought some stock turbos from ebay, but they wont fit my car. On the turbos from ebay those have 3 bolts that bolt up to my stock manifold, but my manifold need 4 bolts to fit? What year are those turbos. I am frustrated cause I spent 300 dollars on them and they don't fit. Also to check my turbos was another 100 dollars to say they are still good. WHAT DO I DO? Call ME if anything my Name is David. I have a performance and car audio shop in Minnesota. (612) 702-9190 If anyone can help please call me. This is my second supra and have never had this problem THANKS

pressure tank is most likely the issue then if you dont get any response in ttc or seq. either that or you are losing your mind Razz. are you sure it is a boost problem and not fuel, spark, or compression related?

the stock manifold has 2 four bolt flanges, one for each exhaust housing.
