I am not sure what is bad (2nd turbo or actuator). I can not boost over .3KPA and when I start out in 1st is pulls a little (again not over .3) and then when I shift to 2nd it feels like there is no boost and my BOV is weak. This happens sometimes in 2nd and sometimes in 3rd. Either way, I can not boost over .3Kpa. Maybe I have a boost leak. Can someone help me out on this?
