How do I add Pics to my posts? Does the pic need to be uploaded first?

The picutre must be upload AND accessible from the internet
once you do that you enter [ img ] http://www.yourwebsite.com/picture.jpg[ /img ] take out the spaces between the brackets and the word and that is it  |
