I am not a serious drifter, but love doing it for fun. My question is, how many PSI should I inflate my tires to? The max PSI my tires are to hold is 46 I believe, and they are now at 38. I'm just worried about blowing out a tire
I find it hilarious that teens look at the Eclipse as the McLaren of Japanese cars, yet my stock '94 family sedan has it beat by a second in the 1/4 mile |

But don't go below 30 psi, after that the tires start to heat up too much during regular driving and possibly dangerously hot while drifting.
-George Back, I've got a turbo and I'm not afraid to use it. |

Its my impression that you want to have your street tires have a hard compund and be semi-overinflated ( in other words you want to do what you can so they dont stick )
