I have been hearing about a 2-Step for launching your car. What is this and how does it work?

its an adjustable rev limiter. it allows you to set an rpm and bounce off the limiter to build boost before launch. it is mostly used on manual trans cars. heres the operation: set 2step to desired rpm limit, push clutch in, put car in gear, floor the throttle and keep it there until you are ready to launch then dump the clutch to go. a must have for manual trannys!

New one is $225. You can buy a used one cheaper if you can find one. Be careful with buying used ones. I bought one and the chip fried or some shit. I paid $150 for it and it was broken Then I bought another one for $150 and it worked. So basically I spent $300 for a $225 unit You are taking a risk buying it used I guess, but if you can find one, expect to pay around $150 or so. - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ - _ 2000 GS400 |

Buy an AEM and set it up.... it is well worth the money for an AEM you have more tune ability and more options... My car builds 32lbs before I launch at 5500 Rpms.... its the only way to go with a manual car.
