i dont know since ive never drive one, but i would assume at least a light power shift if not a hard one. it would keep the boost pressure from dropping too much

Depends, are you relying on the car for transportation or would a broken tranny not be a big deal?
I powershift the shit out of my MK3. BD Performance -Brian |

i seriously doubt that you can safely powershift a twin turbo supra. 1 beacause you have to shift before you **** up your engine from bouncin off the revlimitor. 2 it isnt worth the transmission wear and tear to powershift because one little screw up can cause thousands in repairs.

I've drivin numerous 6-speeds, Ive tried a no cluth method (hit the gear but the trans does not like this!) heres my best method, keep your foot smashed to the floor never let off the gas, hammer the clutch with a quick In and out (to the floor and up as fast as you can) and try to RIPPPP the next gear when your foot hits the floor, its all a motion - if you rip hard enough your car shouldnt bounce of the rev limiter - thats my preffered method but practice makes perfect, supra's love the wrathing!! so get in your car and RIPPPP!

im not to sure how it is in a supra but with my honda you just let of the gas slam the clutch shift let off clutch and slam the gas. kinda like pediling a bike really fast.

I agree with YULOST..... Power shifting is the way to go. depending on the power your car makes will make a huge difference on what gears you "powershift" the car. if you make alot of power and full throttle shift your 1 -2 with alot of power you normal spin the tires and result in going alittle side ways.... if you dont shift fast enough you unload the car... and if you have a really big turbo then if you dont peddle it or have Nitrous then you will have a lot of boost lag. So it kinda depends on your setup and do you run an AEM? if so set your rev limiters and if it hits it and your motor is built ummm not the biggest deal. I have seen some cars with lots of power and big turbos no nitrous hit off the rev limiter on purpose trying to get out farther before hitting 2nd due to an gt4788 having alittle boost lag.. I would ask if anyone has a setup like you and ask them how they shift there cars because there is a lot of things that can play into that. Just my two thoughts
