I have a 1994 supra tt 6 speed. Recently, it has had some problems shifting into secong gear.(Its a little stiff). Also, sometimes it will make a grinding noise even though the clutch is all the way in. On other forums i have seen people say that it is a syncro problem, but im not sure what one is and what it does. Need some help. Thanks.

yea syncros will do that. if that is indeed what the problem is you will have to remove the tranny, take it apart and replace the syncros.

Yea it goes into gear and stays there but i dont want the problem to get any worse. Im going to change the trans fluid and differential fluid and see if it helps any.
